Abstract

Analysis Factor, Working Satisfaction, Employees The aim of this research is to determine the factors that affect the satisfaction of employees in the mechanical part of PT. Suka Fajar Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. Employee and job factors are indicators of factors that affect employee satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive, which gives priority to the questionnaire as a data collection tool, and the data collected is then used as the main raw material to analyze the condition of object and the research method used by the writer quantitative. The types and techniques of data collection by researchers consist of primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews, as well as secondary data prepared and available for research support. In the meantime, the data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis technique. Based on this analysis technique, the research assesses and concludes that the factors that influence the satisfaction of employees in the mechanical department at PT. Suka Fajar Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru is in excellent category.
