Abstract
This study aims to find out how broad influence land, capital and labor and the welfare of oil palm farmers in the village Sibuak, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The research method done by first gathering existing data and then at clarified, analyzed, then interpreted so that it can provide solutions to problems. With the formula used namely multiple regression and data processing used is by use the eviews program. The main data source used is data land area, capital, and labor data in the Sibuak Village District Tapung Kampar Regency. The results of this study indicate that the variable width land significantly influence the yield of oil palm in Sibuak village while the capital and labor variables are not significantly influence the yield of oil palm in the village Sibuak, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. Whereas in a way F (Simultaneous) the three variables together have an influence which is significant towards the results of oil palm production in the Sibuak Village District Tapung Kampar regency with R2 as big as 97% which means variable free (land area, capital and labor) already represent to explain dependent variable (palm oil yield)
