Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the impact of credit on increasing business at PT. Mitra Rakyat Riau Credit Bank. Based on the background, the formulation of the problem of this study is: how does the impact of credit on business improvement at PT. Mitra Rakyat Riau Credit Bank. In analyzing the data used the descriptive method that is, by comparing the conditions of small businesses in terms of capital, income / profits and employment opportunities before and after getting credit from PT. Mitra Rakyat Riau Credit Bank. so that conclusions can be drawn which are solutions to problems encountered that use primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews / interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 47 small businesses in the city of Pekanbaru by using purposive sampling method. From the descriptive analysis it was concluded that there was capital from PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mitra Rakyat Riau as a whole showed an increase in venture capital from small entrepreneurs in this area after obtaining credit facilities from Financial Institutions, especially PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mitra Rakyat Riau and with the increase in capital from PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mitra Rakyat Riau, there has also been an increase in income and profits gained by small entrepreneurs. This is inseparable from the role of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mitra Rakyat Riau as an intermediary service agency that connects excessive economic actors with economic actors who need funds.
