Abstract

One of the taxes collected by the district / city is the bird's nest wallet.This is due to the increasing prevalence of people who open wallet bird nesting businesses, this is because the bird's nest wallet sale price is very expensive. Pelalawan Regency is one of the districts that exercised this authority, therefore the government issued PERDA No. 8 of 2006 concerning levies for management and exploitation of wallet nests. To deal with issues regarding permits, the Pelalawan district government formed an integrated investment and licensing service. One of the tasks that must be carried out by the supervision and capital preservation section is to carry out supervision. However, in its implementation this task has not gone well, it is seen that there are still many people who open a bird nest wallet business but do not have permits thus reducing the original income of the Pelalawan district. The formulation of the problem raised is how to carry out the duties of the supervision and investment section on the permit for bird nest wallet in the sub-district of Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency. In accordance with the research problems, the research method used is a quantitative method with the type of survey research. As a population in this study, the Head of the integrated capital and service service body in Pelalawan District and the community who opened a bird nest wallet business. Questionnaire results and interview results that the author did to respondents determined by 4 indicators can recapitulate respondents' responses as many as 22 people or 59% which states quite well. Obstacles in the implementation of the duties of the supervision and investment section on investment bodies and integrated licensing services in carrying out Supervision of wallet bird nest permits in Pangkalan Kerinci sub-district Pelalawan Regency is a lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of human resources and lack of budget.
