Abstract
This study aims to see the effect of effective use and trust in accounting information system technology on individual performance at freight forwarding companies in Pekanbaru City. Population This research is all employees of the freight forwarding company at Pekanbaru City, amounting to 50 freight forwarding companies. Taking The sample is done by purposive sampling technique and there are 33 samples tested based on certain criteria. The data obtained is done by means of distributing questionnaires to 33 companies, so that set as many as 2 people who become respondents in each freight forwarding company. Research This model uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, effectiveness the use and trust of the most influential accounting information systems significant on individual performance. Partially, the effectiveness of use and trust in accounting information system technology has a significant effect on individual performance in freight forwarding companies in the City Pekanbaru.
