Abstract
Therefore, in the implementation of the task of Fire and Rescue Agency Pekanbaru City by optimizing its task through, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Alignment, Responsiveness, Accuracy. Because in the implementation of a good task will be realized good performance results included in the progress of the implementation of fire fighting in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Fire and Rescue Service Office of Pekanbaru City in Tackling Fire and to know the obstacles in the implementation of Fire and Rescue Service Office of Pekanbaru City in Tackling Fire. The results of this study are expected to give the following benefits: the contribution of the mind in order to develop science, especially in the field of social and political sciences as well as reference to improve the Tasks of Fire and Rescue Agency Pekanbaru City in Handling Fire evenly in Pekanbaru City. The result of research that has been done by Fire and Survival Department of Pekanbaru City in Tackling Fire through six indicators is on the word gori "Pretty Implemented" with 29 respondents with percentage of 58%. However, the authors suggest to the Department of Fire and Rescue City Pekanbaru to be more able to improve its performance in providing fire prevention services evenly and improve cooperation between the leadership with subordinates and employee cooperation with the people of Pekanbaru City.
