Abstract

The research objective was to determine the distribution channel of foam mattress sales at CV. Inoac Prima Karya. The indicators that are determined in determining the distribution of sales are place, time, form and information. The type of research that will be used is a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach through direct data collection by conducting field observations, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the distribution channels of foam mattress sales carried out by CV. Inoac Prima Karya is already in the good category or with a percentage level of 70%. These results provide an explanation that the inoac foam mattress sales distribution channel which consists of location, time, shape, and information indicators has been well done, so that it opens up greater opportunities and opportunities for inoac foam mattresses to compete and win the hearts of consumers. Thus it is clear that the distribution channel of CV foam mattress sales. Inoac Prima Karya in using marketing elements in the form of location, time, form, and information has been well managed. This illustrates that the company has implemented marketing management in terms of sales channels well, so that foam mattress products can be recognized and become the community's choice. Researcher's suggestion is that it is hoped that the company will plan carefully regarding the form of sales distribution channels that are implemented, and add to the transportation fleet as a delivery distribution channel from stores to consumers, so that the delivery process is faster and provides satisfaction to consumers.
