Abstract

The development of the Village unit cooperative aims to provide assistance to cooperative members in savings and loans but the development of the Sawit Jaya-UUO Village Unit Cooperative Business, Petapahan Village, Tapung District has not yet developed where the savings and loan finances have not been going well so that the Village Unit Cooperative's turnover has decreased, thus hampering the management of the Cooperative Business. This study aims to determine the Analysis of Cooperative Business Development in the Sawit Jaya-Uuo Village Unit, Petapahan Village, Tapung District and the inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, where the data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This type of research used is survey research, which is to find out and see and describe the actual situation in detail and actual by looking at the problems and objectives that have been conveyed previously by collecting the data needed in this research. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model, namely reducing the data that has been successfully collected and then presented in tabular form and then drawing conclusions. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the implementation of the Cooperative Business Development Analysis has not been carried out optimally where the lack of ability to manage the Cooperative Business and the decrease in the income of the cooperative business so that it is unable to provide loans to members as a whole. However, the authors suggest the Sawit Jaya-Uuo Village Unit Cooperative to improve the ability of the administrators, place administrators according to their educational background, and conduct a survey of aid recipients.
