Abstract

This research was conducted in the Regency of Rokan Hilir, forest and land in the regency of Rokan Hilir have a variation however to raises easily forest and land fires. This is caused by the soil of structure in the Regency of Rokan Hilir is turf, the purpose of this Research to knows the factor causing forest and land fires that happen in the Regency of Rokan Hilir and how to knows of the procedure that use by regionalof disaster agency (BPBD) in the Regency of Rokan Hilir to cope with events forest and land fires in the Regency of Rokan Hilir. This research used type of Survey descriptif by using quantitative analysis with types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data collection techniques of observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation and the theory used is procedure, it can be concluded that The procedure analysis stay in the countermeasures Regional Disaster (the case studies of in forest and land fires) in the Regency of Rokan Hilir is at a materialize level Enough Ratings. The results can be seen four indicators that the writer describe are Information Report, Report Verification and Forming a Patrol Team and then Supply of Equipment and Facilities.
