Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of internal control, good government governance and organizational commitment to the performance of government financial employees in Kampar Regency SKPD. The population in this study were government finance employees at 30 SKPD Kampar District consisting of offices, agencies, and offices. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were the heads of the financial subdivisions and staff of the finance section in 30 SKPDs in the district of Kampar, which were randomly drawn. Data collection was carried out by distributing 60 questionnaires to 30 SKPD in Kampar District. Determination of the sample by using a random sampling method. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with SPSS 22 software. The results of the study are that the results of the partial test (t test) indicate that the internal control variable does not affect the performance variable of government financial employees. While the variables of good government governance and organizational commitment partially have a significant effect on the performance of government financial employees. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F Test) show that internal control variables, good government governance and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance variables of government financial employees.
