Abstract

This study examines the quality of drinking water supply services in the technical implementation unit of the drinking water supply system in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency, among the elements analyzed are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty (Emphaty). The location of this study was in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. The research method used is the quantitative Mixed Scaned Method method, analyzed descriptively. Descriptive analysis technique uses a questionnaire list as a scattered data collection tool to 83 service user communities and qualitative descriptive analysis is given to service provider elements, namely the Technical Implementation Unit providing drinking water with 6 employees. It is known that each dimension of service quality shows Results in the Good Category. Diantarnya Tangible with a value of 66% or Good, Reliability (Reliability) 69% or good, Responsiveness (74%) or Good, Assurance (Assurance) 72% or Good and Empathy (Emphaty) 79% or Good. Results of the Service Quality Research Hypothesis show the numbers with an average of 70% or Good. So the hypothesis that states the Quality of Service of Providing drinking water in the Technical Implementation Unit for the supply of drinking water is rejected, because the Service Quality provided has met the proper conditions.
