Abstract
This research is to find out the performance of employees in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Education Office of the Bukit Batu Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency based on indicators of quantity, quality, work implementation, and responsibility. This type of research located in Bukit Batu District uses observation, interview, and questionnaire methods. The data collected from this tool is used as the main raw material to analyze the condition of the emopiris and the correctness of the research objectives at the meticulous location. There is 1 population with 8 samples taken as the object of this research. The types and techniques of data collection consist of primary data, namely by means of interviews and questionnaires and secondary data techniques using observation. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the performance of the Bukit Batu District Education Office Technical Implementation Unit staff was at a moderate or fairly good interval. Recommendations that need to be considered especially in discipline and cooperation in building and achieving organizational goals in supporting better employee performance.
