Abstract

Hospitalization at the General Hospital is often a byword for the community regarding the services provided to service users while in the inpatient ward and not a few for the community who get poor service, therefore the purpose of this study is to know and analyze how good Quality Inpatient Services Regional General Hospital Duri, Bengkalis Rigency the indicator in this study is Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equality of rights Balance of rights and obligations. The type of research that is located in Duri, Bengkalis Rigency this is descriptive with quantitative methods, data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation, sources of information, sources of information, namely the Director of the Regional General Hospital and Employees. Based on the problem, basically the services provided by the General Hospital to Patients there are some deviations or omissions in the obligations and responsibilities as service providers at the Regional General Hospital, One of the problems that occurs is that there are still hospital customers who feel dissatisfied because of the long service time, so it is necessary for the patient's family to repeatedly request medical services. Expected to the Regional General Hospital Duri, Bengkalis Rigency in order to increase work motivation for employees of Duri General Hospital well and effectively
