Abstract

The research was to know and explain the performance of Village Community Empowerment Institution in Sungai Putih village Tapung subdistrict Kampar regency. The researcher used some data collection technique, such as primary data which was collected by using a list of interviews and secondary data which was collected by using observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was used is type descriptive. Where the descriptive type was used to describe the reality of the performance of village Community Empowerment Institution in Sungai Putih village Tapung subdistrict Kampar regency. After the data was collected, then grouped to be presented for analysing descriptively in accordance with the conclusion. The result of research was conducted by researcher entitle “The analysis of the performance of village Community Empowerment Institution in Sungai Putih village Tapung subdistrict Kampar regency” with the indicator variable work quality, initiative, ability, and communication, can be categorized high enough. The in habiting factor of village Community Empowerment Institution performance is still lacking in being a medium communication between the government and the community.Thus an analysis of the performance of village Community Empowerment Institution in Sungai Putih village Tapung subdistrict Kampar regency had been done well, although it had not been optimal. The researcher hope that there will be improvement in the future in order to achieve the vision and mission of Sungai Putih village Tapung subdistrict Kampar regency.
