Abstract
The Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Kampar Regency is an executive element of the regional government led by a Head of Service who is under and responsible to the Bupati through the District Secretary. The Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Kampar Regency has the main task of implementing part of the Regional Government Authority in the Field of Education, Youth and Sports. This research was carried out at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports in Kampar Regency having its address at DI Panjaitan No. 16, Bangkinang City, Riau Province, for that every employee must have good work performance and quality so that the goals and ideals that are carried out to the institution can be achieved , so that the Education, Youth and Sports Office in Kampar District contributes to the development of the world of employees, especially HR, in connection with these problems, the problem of this research is formulated as the Performance of Employees of the Education, Youth and Sports Service in Kampar District? this aims to determine the performance of Civil Servants at the office of the Office of Education, Youth and Sports in Kampar District. For the population and sample researchers took all of the Civil Servants at the Office of the Education, Youth and Sports Office in Kampar District, which numbered 90 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews and observations, to dig deeper into more comprehensive information. This study uses primary data taken by distributing questionnaires to all respondents totaling 88 people by census. While the analysis used is descriptive quantitative which is processed using a score. From the results of the analysis the researchers did can be seen that the performance of Civil Servants at the Office of the Education, Youth and Sports Office in Kampar District was quite good, this was on all research indicators, namely: work skills, responsibilities, initiatives, discipline, cooperation in the office the Office of Education, Youth and Sports in Kampar Regency is good.
