Abstract
This study aims to determine the objective level of performance evaluation of the Kandis Subdistrict Office Staff in Siak Regency. The assessment indicators used include quality, quantity, time, service orientation, attitude. This type of research located in the Kandis Sub-District Office of Siak Regency is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of the objectivity of research objectives at meticulous locations. There are two population groups and samples of this researcher are employees, totaling 13 people and the community, the number is not avoided. The community in this case is the one who feels the performance of employees in the form of services provided. The sample size determined from these two population groups is 13 and 20 people. The sampling technique used in determining individual sampling is the census technique. The types and data collection techniques used consisted of, premier data collected using questionnaire list techniques and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Evaluation of Employee Performance at the Sub-District Head Office of Kandis in Siak Regency was at a fairly good assessment interval. Recommendation for the need for socialization of achievement so that the public understands the application of what has been done by the Kandis sub-district officials of Siak Regency to be the best sub-district so that the community can complain if there are employees who do not carry out established procedures and there is no misunderstanding between employees and the community.
