Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effect of accounting information systems and motivation on individual performance in 4 star hotels in the city of Pekanbaru. The respondents in this study were 48 respondents consisting of 12 4-star hotels registered in the city of Pekanbaru, but after distributing the questionnaire only 46 respondents and questionnaire data were received back. This research uses quantitative research and purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the Accounting and Motivation Information System has a positive and significant effect on individual performance in 4 star hotels in the city of Pekanbaru.
