Abstract
The purpose of this working paper is to find out and analyze the performance of employees in the public relation sub-section and portal of the Corporate Secretary of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero), in order to be able to encourage the success of achieving goals in the sub section. Starting from the authors interest to raise this title is because oh the writer’s curiosity about what is doneby employees in the public relation and portal sub-section. As long as the writer does the field work practice, it is mikex up that no problems have occurred that are not wanted in the sub-section. The atmosphere of work that is quite peaceful, comfortable and calm as if it is something that is very missed and wanted by the writer when he was in the field work practice. It is all formed and built by the employes in it. The performance of the employees is very good and the already know their respective duties and the establishment of harmonious relationship betweenemployees so that all work can be completed properly and on time. Thus, the head of the Sub Division of Public Relation and portal until Sitorus as the leader was able to achive the goals set by the Public Relation and Portal sub section and the companys goals because the performance of the employees goals, among others, to creat sustainablesales and profit growth and increase assets the company to provide added value to stakeholders.
