Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to know how the management of archive at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Service Unit Pandau Permai. In order to create a wellorganized archive management and placed in a good place. The method used in making this working paper is correlational method, correlational method is the action of data determination by comparing between theory and discussion. Based on the analysis and observations made it can be seen that at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Service Unit Pandau Permai, archive management is implemented less than the maximum, because the process of arranging and maintaining the archive is not done properly. This is due to lack of facilities of archive storage, such as filling cabinets, archival baskets, and archival folders. The ressults of the analysis in dicate that PT. Pegadaian Syariah Service Unit Pandau Permai should add a filling cabinet to be placed in store so that archives can be neatly arranged and not easily damaged, So when archives are needed it is easy to find.
