Abstract

Distribution System, Marketing Communication. PT. Della Sentosa Persada Pekanbaru is a company engaged in the property developer who instantly falls spaciousness to do the construction up to sell residential products. Along with the times that modren and high grow population, the more will be the demand for housing, with so arise similar companies who have the same profession. The problem that arises is the declining number of housing product demand seen from at least enthusiasts consumers to buy products such housing, not achieving the sales targets set by PT. Della Sentosa Persada Pekanbaru, the higher the price offered for the housing product that many consumers prefer to buy product others, and allegedly promotion was not going well and the place or location of housing is not realized well to market housing product in PT. Della Sentosa Persada Pekanbaru so for product marketing experience Flaktuasi housing. This type of research is a type of quantitative research, the research emphasizes on the analysis of numerical data (numbers) are processed with scoring methods, to obtain the results of the assessment to each variable. Methods of data collection was done by questionnaire (questionnaires), interviews, observation, and dokumentasi. And using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling technique for sampling at 44 consumer. As five operational research variables are Market Selection, Product Planning, Pricing, Distribution System, Marketing Communication. The results of this study if four indicators is Good. Advice writer is to improve the performance part Marketting particularly in its function as the spearhead of a company in the market a product that is sold in a way to fix the four variables that it is still less than the maximun.
