Abstract

This study aims to determine employee performance appraisal at PT. Plantations of V PKS Sei Galuh. Indicators of employee performance appraisal include loyalty, honesty, discipline, creativity, cooperation, leadership, personality, initiative, skills, and responsibility. The type of research used was descriptive research, that is the assessment used to figure out the value of independent variable, either one variable or more (independent) without making comparison or connecting between variables one with other variables. The population in this study consists of 64 people while the sample consists of 40 employee. The tecnique used in this research is probability sampling, it isa sampling tecnique which gives equal opportunity for every element (member) of population to be selected as member of sample. Types and data collection technique used consisted of primary data, obtained directly from the respondents by using questionnaires and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is decriptive method. Based on this analysis technique researchers assess and conclude that the analysis of employee performance appraisal at PT. Plantation of V PKS Sei Galuh are at a fairly good assessment interval. Recommendations that need to be considered especilly with regard to employee performance, companies should need to improve employee performance inside the company environment from superiors to subordinates or can also provide incentives so employees will always be motivated to improve performance in work.
