Abstract

Product attributes are product elements that are considered important by consumers and are used as the basis for purchasing decisions. Products can also be defined as consumer perceptions described by producers through their products. In more detail, the total product concept includes goods, packaging, brands, labels, services, and guarantees. The problems that arise are: The sales target has not been reached optimally, There is no statement from the place of business and provide information for product guarantees, Simple packaging should be able to make attractive packaging, The absence of labeling that is on the limit and product composition does not include language foreign (English / Arabic) and no BPOM. Thus, the aim of the study was to find out the Lopek Bugi Product Attributes at Lopek Bugi Asli Bu Elis Home Industry in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is a survey with research locations on the Business of Lopek Bugi Ibu Elis in Pekanbaru city. Types and sources of data used primary data and secondary data, while collecting data through the results of observations, surveys, interviews, and research questionnaires. After the data is obtained then grouped according to its type in a table, then the data is analyzed and linked to theories in the form of descriptions so that conclusions can be taken. Based on the results of the study, it is known that Lopek Bugi's Product Attributes at Home Industry Lopek Bugi Asli Bu Elis in Pekanbaru City are in the good category with a percentage of 43% for consumer respondents. While Lopek Bugi's Product Attributes at Home Industry Lopek Bugi Asli Bu Elis in Pekanbaru City are in the good category with a percentage of 50% for employee respondents' responses.
