Abstract
This study aims to determine the analysis of factors that affect employee performance at PT. Sumber Sarana Agro (Dharma Gibawa) DGW on the Garuda Sakti street in Pekanbaru. The employee performance indicators used are the work environment, work discipline, work motivation. This type of research is located at PT. Sumber Sarana Agro (Dhrama Guna Wibawa) DGW on the Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru road is descriptive that prioritizes questionnaires as a means of collecting data and collected data is then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of the object of research objectives and research methods used by the author is quantitative. The types and data collection techniques used by researchers consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data data that has been prepared and is available at PT. Sumber Sarana Agro (Dharma Guna Wibawa) DGW is supportive. While the data analysis technique used is using descriptive analysis techniques. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that PT. Sumber Sarana Agro (Dharma For Wibawa) DGW on the Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru road is in a fairly good category.
