Abstract
This research was conducted in the village of Rokan Koto Ruang, Rokan IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency. It was carried out to find out whether the Application of Accounting to the Government of Rokan Koto Ruang village was in accordance with the General Accepted Accounting Principles. This research is a descriptive method in which we collect data to explain or describe the conditions and situations encountered in the village, then compared with the theory that the author has obtained, then taken a conclusion that becomes the solution to the problem at hand. The results of the study show that Roka Koto Ruang Village, Rokan IV Koto Subdistrict, Rokan Hulu Regency does not make general journals, ledgers, balance sheets and does not apply depreciation of fixed assets in the village's wealth report, so it is not in accordance with General Acceptance Accounting.
