Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify whether there is an influence of training programs, work motivation partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Respondents in this study were as many as 64 people where the sample technique used was purposive sampling in which all the population of the sales section employees were used as samples. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, then the data is processed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis testing. All tests were carried out using SPSS Version 22.0. From the results of this study it can be concluded that employee performance is influenced by the Work Training and Motivation Program. This means that the better the training program and work motivation, it will improve the performance of employees of the sales department and the most dominant variable is Work Motivation
