Abstract

This research was conducted with quantitative descriptive methods using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 34 employees of PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru Branch to be used as a research sample. From the results of the study note that the work conflict variables affect the performance variables of employees of PT. Indah Logistics Cargo Pekanbaru Branch. This is evidenced by the results of the calculated t value is 8,534 while the t-table is (0.025; 34) = 2,301 because t arithmetic (8,033)> from t table (2,301) then Ho is rejected. R2 value of 0.669 shows that 66.9% of changes in employee performance should be determined by the independent variable namely the work conflict variable while 33.1% is again determined by other factors not observed in this study.
