Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of total quality management, reward systems and performance measurement systems on the managerial performance of finance companies in Pekanbaru. This study involved a number of respondents using a questionnaire distributed to 27 finance companies in Pekanbaru, which were registered at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City during the end of 2017. The sampling procedure used in this study was the purposive sampling method, which is taking a sample in which all members the population was studied with 81 observations. With the consideration of at least 1 (one) financial manager, 2 (two) accounting staff. Data analysis methods used are descriptive and quantitative. The SPSS program is also needed in analyzing data. Based on the results of the study note that the partial test of performance measurement system variables and the reward system does not affect managerial performance in finance companies in Pekanbaru City. Whereas total quality management influences managerial performance in finance companies in Pekanbaru City.
