Abstract

CSR is a program that is seen as a form of corporate responsibility to stakeholders and the environment in all aspects of the company's operations. This study aims to determine the activities of the GraPari Telkomsel Smart Officer CSR program in increasing public trust in the company. The problem used in this study is how the company's CSR program activities increase public trust in the company. To answer the questions above, this research uses qualitative research methods by taking a descriptive approach, namely providing a description of the situation and analyzing data based on field surveys. To get objective conclusions, qualitative research tries to explore and break through the symptoms by interpreting the problem or collecting a combination of various problems as presented in the situation. This research was conducted in one of the cellular telecommunications operator companies, namely GraPari (Graha Pari Seraya) Telkomsel Smart Office in Pekanbaru City. informants in conducting research are permanent employees at GraPari Telkomsel Pekanbaru City, have worked and been part of the company for more than 5 years. The subjects of this study were 1 Human Resource Manager, and 2 people from the surrounding community in the city of Pekanbaru. The selection of the informants is carried out based on the position, competence, ability and knowledge of each informant regarding the information and data required
