Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth on the interest in visiting the Asia Farm Pekanbaru tourist attraction. word of mouth is one of the promotional media because word of mouth communication is considered more convincing based on a source who delivers information on a product. Researchers used the theory of word of mouth according to Babin et al with three indicators, namely discussing, recommending, encouraging. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The samples in this study were 100 visitors. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant and significant influence of the Word of Mouth (WOM) on the interest in visiting the Asia Farm tourist attraction. If the Word of Mouth (WOM) variable is increased, there will be an increase in interest in visiting by 0.365 units
