Abstract
The purpose in this research examined to know the influence of recitation method on students’ active learning at Al-Falah Islamic Junior High School Simpang Kanan Rokan Hilir District. This research used quantitative with correlational approach. The subject in this research was students’ class VIII. The population was students’ calss VIII with 174 students. The sample took 64 students from class VIII. Data collection technique used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique used normality test and simple linear regression analysis. Based on research findings, it got significant score smaller than 0.05 that was 0.000. and the hypothesis in this research was accepted. It showed that there was any influence of recitation method on students’ active learning at Al-Falah Islamic Junior High School Simpang Kanan Rokan Hilir District. The influence score in 0.235 or 23.5% classified into 0.20-0.399 in low influence.
