Abstract

One of parts in Fiqh Muamalah is Istishna’ contract. Istishna contract is an order for something to be made based on a certain procedure and the ingredients are provided by the person who receives the order. The background of this study is how the procedure of buying and selling in istsihna’ contract according to the DSN-MUI fatwa Number 06 Year 2000. The problem formulation of this study is how the Istishna’ contract in the business of making trellises in Sendayan Village according to DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 06 Year 2000 and whether the contract of the trellis business in Sendayan Village is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 06 Year 2000. The aim of this study is to investigate how the Istishna’ contract is in the business of making trellises in Sendayan Village according to the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 06 Year 2000 and to find out whether the contract of the trellis business in Sendayan Village is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 06 of 2000. The theoretical framework of the study concerns about the pillars is Shani’, Mustahsni, Mashnu’, Ra’s al-mal, and Ijab Qabul Sighat. The conditions of the contract include Shani 'and Mustashni' and the sighat includes Ijab and Qabul. The type of this study is Field Research. The data sources of this study are from primary and secondary data. The population in this study are all welding workshop owners in Sendayan Village, totaling 4 respondents. The data collection techniques use are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Istishna’ contract in buying and selling iron trellises in Sendayan Village is in accordance with the DS-MUI Fatwa Number 06 Year 2000.
