Abstract
The resistance of sharia financial institution during the period continued to be narrow, then, each institution should create new marketing strategy that could be maintained and reach a wider market share and could increase customer’s saving potential in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) at Tuanku Tambusai Street No.320/RT.006/RW.009 Labuhan Batu Area Payung Sekaki Subdistrict Pekanbaru. The research formulation in this research questioned that was services influenced on customer’s saving interest at BMT Al-Hijrah Pekanbaru. Then, this research purpose examined to know the influence of services on customer’s saving interest at BMT Al-Hijrah Pekanbaru. Theoretical framework in this research focused on services, saving interest, Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT), relevant research review, research variables, operational variable, conseptual framework, and hypothesis. This research used causal research. This research method used descriptive quantitative. The population in this research took all BMT Al-Hijrah Pekanbaru customer in 1.160 customers, and took sampling in 92 customers. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. Data sources was primer and secondary data. Data collection technique used questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research used simple linear regression analysis where computation process used SPSS for Windows 23. This research finding that known from partial test score that showed that there was any significant influence of services on customer’s saving interest at BMT Al-Hijrah Pekanbaru.
