Abstract

This research was motivated about public market at Teluk Kuantan City, where this location was a place in buy and sale that was not suitable in Islamic syar’i such as reduce the scale un honesty. The research formulation questioned about the businessman business ethic in Islamic economy perspective. The purpose in this research examined to know businessman business ethic in Islamic economy perspective. This research used field research and it used descriptive qualitative method. The informants were seller, market department and buyer. The object in this research was businessman business ethic at public market in Islamic economy perspective the data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation. Based on research findings, it showed that most of sellers had been implemented honest business ethic, fair and did not cheat the buyers. Meanwhile some of them were not friendly, reduced the scale and cheat the buyers.
