Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the use of information systems on individual performance and to determine the effect of trust in information systems on individual performance. This research was conducted on the office of Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru with a sample of 48 employees conducted by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis and the submission of hypotheses in the t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the use of information systems has a positive effect on individual performance by looking at the value of t arithmetic> t table (4.938> 1.679) with a significance value of 0,000 (0,000 <0.05). The results of this study also indicate a positive influence between trust in the use of information systems on individual performance, with the indicated t count of 12.114 greater than 1.679 and a significance value below 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the effectiveness and confidence variables of the use of information systems on individual performance, where the F test results show 172.101, which is greater than the f table, which is 3.23 with a significance value of 0.000 (0.00 <0.05) .
