Abstract

In bread business especially in Pekanbaru had being growth, such as Holland Bakery, Vanhollano Bakery, Roma and so on. But this research focus referred to Rotte Ragam Rasa, Inc., Ltd which was one of business unit based on Islam or called sharia system. Rotte Ragam Rasa, Inc., Ltd had different with others bakery where they would close the outlets when praying time came. The purpose in this research examined to know sharia business ethic on Rotte Ragam Rasa Bakery, Inc., Ltd Bukit Barisan Pekanbaru City. This research was descriptive qualitative. The object in this research was Rotte Ragam Rasa Bakery, Inc., Ltd Bukit Barisan Pekanbaru City. Data collection technique used documentation, interview and observation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis method. This research finding concluded that: the implementation of sharia business ethic that implemented by Rotte Ragam Rasa, Inc., Ltd Bukit Barisan pekanbaru City specified in Tauhid, Moral, Honesty, Fair and friendly and humble classified into good enough.
