Abstract
This research was conducted in Kuantan Babu Village, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study aims to find out how the suitability of the application of accounting in Kuantan Babu Village, Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu District with the 2015 Financial Accounting Assistance Guidelines for IAIKASP Village. The type of data used in this study are Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary Data is data obtained from the results of interviews with the Kuantan Babu Village Management, regarding the history of the establishment of the Kuantan Babu Village and the process of preparing village financial statements. while Secondary Data is data obtained by collecting data that has been compiled in Kuantan Babu Village in a ready-made form. Such as village vision and mission, village structure, and village financial reports. Data collection techniques used by the writer in this study were interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is the Descriptive Method. The results of this study indicate that the Application of Financial Accounting in Kuantan Babu Village, Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency has not been fully in line with the 2015 IAI-KASP Village Financial Accounting Assistance Guidelines.
