Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of application accounting for salon business in Kampar Regency with basic concepts accounting. The data used in writing this thesis is data primary and secondary. Data collection techniques used are structured interviews in the form of questions from the questionnaire, documentation, and observation. After the data is collected and grouped according to its type, data analyzed by descriptive method. The results of this study are: (1) Basic recording used salon entrepreneurs in Kampar Regency are cash basic. (2) Salon entrepreneurs in Kampar Regency have not applied the concept of unity business. (3) Salon entrepreneurs in Kampar Regency have not applied the concept business continuity. (4) Salon entrepreneurs in Kampar Regency have not applying the concept of time period. (5) Salon operators in Kampar Regency has not applied the concept of competition. (6) Salon operators in the Regency Kampar has not applied accounting in accordance with basic concepts accounting.
