Abstract

Mr.brewok Cafe and restaurant is one of the coffee beverage providers. As one of the well-known cafes in the city of Pekanbaru.If the coffee shop has a good store atmosphere it will increase the number of customers and coffee lovers in the new week. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction at the cafe and restaurant mr.brewokpekanbaru. This study involved 79 customers, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire and data analyzed with simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research known :store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at the café and restaurant Mr.BrewokPekanbaru, because the value of t is 3.008 with a significant value of 0.004. While the store atmosphere on customer satisfaction has a significant effect with a value of 0.048 and t arithmetic of 2.005.
