Abstract

The obligation of parents to educate this child continues until he is married or can stand alone. Even according to article 45 paragraph 2 of this marriage law, the obligations and responsibilities of parents will return if the marriage between the two breaks up for some reason. So this child is again the responsibility of the parents. In this era of globalization, many people overestimate the existence of science and technology (science and technology), new technology and advanced man-made equipment. Indeed, there is nothing wrong with that. However, what is unfortunate is that, because people are chasing all of them too much, people often neglect the important things that should be prioritized, namely worship activities in daily life which will determine their fate in the hereafter. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the role of parents in guiding the morals of students at SMA Negeri 3 Siak Hulu Kampar. The purpose of this study is the role of parental religious guidance in guiding the morals of students at SMA Negeri 3 Siak Hulu Kampar. The object of this research is the morals of students at SMA Negeri 3 Siak Hulu. This research is a type of field research using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques with systematic qualitative data analysis are (editing, coding and tabulating). The results of this study are, the role of parents in guiding the morals of students at SMA Negeri 3 Siak Hulu Kampar is categorized as "very good." This is based on a percentage that lies between 81 - 100, which is 94.5%.".
