Abstract
This research was conducted in the Ukui Village II Ukui District Pelalawan District. This study aims to find out how the appropriateness of the application of accounting in the Village of Ukui II, District of Ukui, Pelalawan Regency with General Accepting Accounting Principles. The type of data used in this study are Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary Data is data obtained from interviews with the Management of Ukui Village II, regarding the history of the establishment of Ukui Village II and the process of preparing village financial statements. While Secondary Data is data obtained by collecting data that has been compiled by Ukui Village II in its ready-made form. Such as village vision and mission, village structure, and village financial reports. Data collection techniques used by the writer in this study were interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is the Descriptive Method. The results of this study indicate that Financial Accounting Research in the Ukui Village II Ukui District Pelalawan Regency is not fully in accordance with General Acceptance Accounting Principles.
