Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management participation and the ability of users of accounting information systems techniques on individual performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques used in this study were using a questionnaire method distributed to respondents totaling 28 offices of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Pekanbaru City with a total sample of 84 people. The sampling procedure used in this study is the purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study was carried out using SPSS computer program assistance. Based on the results of the study note that the variable ability of the accounting information system user techniques affect individual performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Pekanbaru City while the management participation variable does not affect individual performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Pekanbaru City.
