Abstract

This study aines to determine and analyze the effect of variable leadership and internal conflict partially and simultaneosty on employees work productivity of PT. Asia Forestama Raya in Pekanbaru. In this study, population is all of PT. Asia Forestama Raya employees and 37 employees were sampled using purposive sampling. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis by using chutiple linear regression with SPSS 17,0 version program. Based on the F test analysis result, the significance value of leadership and internal conflict on the employees work productivity is 0,000 which means simultaneosly significantly influence employees work productivity of PT. Asia Forestama Raya in Pekanbaru. In reference to the result of t test analysis on leadership is 0,000 and internal conflict is 0,705. It means partially leadership has a greater influence on employees work productivity, but internal conflict has a smaller effect. The result of R test analysis is 0,653. It means 65,3 % of the variation in employee work productivity can be explained by variations of both independend leadership variables and internal conflict.
