Abstract
This study aims to determine how the system maintenance that occurs at PT. Eluan Mahkota. To find out and analyze the maintenance of production machines using RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance). The research wa conducted using the RCM method. This method is used to find out how to maintain production mechines. The analytical tools used are preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. The result of the research shows that the comparison between machine damage from the company using the RCM method is 27 times the demage experienced by each machine with a difference of 499 hours of downtime. So the cost of maintaining production machines is still high.
