Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of work life of employees at BRI Duri bank. The population in this study were 27 BRI Duri bank employees. While the sample taken was a special employee in the field of mantri with a total of 15 people because the sample was less than 100, the researchers used the census method, where all employees for the mantri were sampled in this study. The method used in data retrieval is interview and questionnaire / questionnaire and using validity test and releability test with SPSS 20. Based on the results of the study it is known that the quality of work life of employees at BRI Duri bank is still in a "good" state. So the company must also maintain and pay attention to all fields related to the quality of work life of employees by providing a decent standard of living to employees and the company is also required to provide a place for developing employee skills so that employees can give more to the company and vice versa. With this, the quality of good working life will be more easily achieved.
