Abstract
This research was conducted at the Government of Tandun Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to have a goal to find out how the similarities in the application of accounting in Tandun Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency with General Acceptance Accounting Principles. The type of data used by the authors is primary and secondary data. Primary Data is data obtained through direct interviews by the treasurer of the Tandun Village Government about the history of the Tandun Village and the financial preparation process of the Tandun village. While secondary data is data obtained from documents related to the village of Tandun. Data collection techniques are by observation and interview. Based on the results of the study showed that the Application of Financial Accounting in the Village Government of Tandun was not completely the same as the General Acceptance Accounting Principles.
