Abstract

This study aims determinasi whether there is an influence between organizational communication on imployee perfomance at PT.Arvena Sepakat in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu. The Populasi in this study were all permanent employees using a total sampling selection technique (cemsus) where all members of the population were sampled. In analying the data the author uses quantitative methods, then the results of the research are analyzed using simple linier regresuin with the help pf the SPSS 20 program. So that there is an influence between organizational communication on employee perfomance at PT.Arvena Seoakat From the results of the coefficient of determination analysis shows R2 of 0,585 which means that organizational communication has an influence on employee perfomance by 58,50% and the remaining 41,50% is influenced by other factors included in this study, then the results of the R analysis (correlation) are 0,765 which is the communication variable has a very close and positive relationship to the perfomance of employee at PT.Arvena Sepakat, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
