Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ability and motivation on the performance of nurses in Teluk Kuantan Hospital. The population in this study were all nurses of civil servants in Teluk Kuantan Hospital as many as 112 people. Sampling uses the census method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 20.0. The variables used are ability and motivation as free, performance as the dependent variable. From the test results, it shows that ability and motivation have a significant effect on nurse performance. Motivational variables have a dominant influence on Nurse's performance in Teluk Kuantan Hospital.
