Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether there was a significant effect on job performance appraisal on employee motivation at PT. Kimia Farma Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Kimia Farma. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on the considerations and objectives of the researcher, amounting to 35 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis and SPSS 26 test. The results of this study indicate that work performance appraisal has a significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Kimia Farma Pekanbaru. The R Square value is 0.894 or 89.4%. This shows that performance appraisal has a strong influence on employee motivation at PT. Chemical Pharmacy Pekanbaru
