Abstract
The research objectives are (1) To find out and analyze organizational culture in the Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Public Broadcasting Institute Pekanbaru. (2) To find out and analyze the performance of employees in the Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Public Broadcasting Institute in Pekanbaru. (3) To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Radio Republik Indonesia Public Broadcasting Institute (LPP RRI) Pekanbaru. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive methods and data analysis techniques used are simple linear analysis techniques. The instruments for collecting data in the form of questionnaires and interviews with samples were all LPP RRI employees totaling 38 people. The results showed that the organizational culture in LPP RRI Pekanbaru was included in the fairly good category, the performance of employees at LPP RRI Pekanbaru was in the good category. There is an influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees at LPP RRI Pekanbaru with the results of the calculation of tcount> t table and R square value of 0.491 or 49.1%. This shows that the better the organizational culture that is created, the better the performance of employees in the agency
