Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru is located in West Sidomulyo Village, Tampan District, Panam, Pekanbaru, precisely at KM 10.5 from the center of Pekanbaru City, Riau province. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze employee job satisfaction at PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, namely the method of analyzing and grouping or compiling data in such a way that the results of measuring variables are operationalized using numbers so that they can be studied based on theories that are closely related to the problems discussed. The respondents in this study using a saturated sampling technique that is the entire population is used as a sample. From the results of the research that the author has done, the answer is that employee job satisfaction at PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru is in the good category. Where the respondent assesses indicators such as the work itself, co-workers, benefits, promotion opportunities, salary, working conditions that support and can increase effectiveness and achieve and achieve job satisfaction.
